The Writers Bookshelf - Episode 20 - Samar Shahdad - Part 1

Samar arrived in the UK not speaking a word of English, sixteen years ago. She now speaks the language fluently. As a lover of languages, Samar is studying Portuguese and Spanish. Her poetry is beautiful, from the heart and sensuous at times. 

We managed to catch up, have a coffee, have a few laughs and of course talk all things poetry.
