Mandy Toczek McPeake was born in Bradford, Saltaire UK. In 1979 she flew to Australia on a one year working holiday. Ten years later she was still there, married and the mother of two children.
She is currently back in the UK catching up with family, friends and finding time for a little historical research. Mandy is working on her first novel, set in Saltaire, has penned a number of poems and has written a creative journal of her mum and dad.
